1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Unica collects, uses, and shares personal information through our website, checkout, and marketing.

Identifiers: name, email, phone, IP address, device IDs.

  • Order & delivery data: addresses, products, payment tokens (processed by PCI-compliant providers).
  • Age & compliance: date of birth/age-verification status; 21+ delivery confirmation.
  • Commercial & usage data: cart actions, pages viewed, referral/analytics data.
  • Inferences/marketing preferences: segments, ad audiences.
  • Sensitive data: we do not seek to collect government IDs; if a carrier or age-verification provider checks ID, they process it on our behalf solely to verify legal age.
3. Sources

Directly from you, your device (cookies/SDKs), retailers fulfilling alcohol orders, carriers, and service providers (payments, age-verification, analytics, advertising).

4. Purposes

Order processing, age verification and legal compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, analytics, personalization, and marketing (with consent where required).

5. Selling/sharing; targeted advertising (CPRA)

We may “share” personal information (as defined by CPRA) with advertising/analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may opt out via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and via Global Privacy Control (GPC)

 

6. Your privacy rights

7. Global Privacy Control

We treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser.

8. Retention

We retain data as long as necessary for the purposes above and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

9. Children

We market only to adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Transfers & security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy; the “Effective date” will change accordingly.

Age Verification & Responsible Marketing Statement

We are committed to responsible marketing and access controls. You must be 21+ to enter alcohol sections of the site, to purchase alcohol, and to receive alcohol deliveries. We verify age at checkout and require Adult Signature 21+ on delivery. Marketing communications are directed only to adults of legal drinking age.
