- We accept returns only if: (i) items are damaged/defective on delivery, or (ii) the wrong item shipped. No returns for change of mind or opened/consumed items.
- Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Unused/unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery (exclude final sale items).
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
