a) Alcohol sales. Alcoholic beverages displayed on this site are sold and fulfilled by licensed retailers (“Retailer(s) of Record”). Unica itself does not sell alcohol where prohibited. Orders may be refused or cancelled to comply with local laws.
b) Title and risk. Title to alcoholic beverages passes from the Retailer of Record to you at the point of sale by that retailer; risk of loss passes upon delivery by the carrier.
c) Non-alcohol merchandise. Unica sells and fulfills non-alcohol merchandise directly (e.g., apparel, accessories), unless otherwise noted.
You must be of legal drinking age (21+ in the U.S.) to access alcohol content or purchase alcohol. We use age-verification tools at checkout and carriers require Adult Signature 21+ on delivery. Alcohol will not be left unattended.
Alcohol shipping is limited to states shown at checkout and may exclude certain ZIP codes. We do not ship alcohol to P.O. boxes or via USPS.
Prices are shown before tax, shipping, and fees. We may correct errors, cancel suspected fraud, limit quantities, and require a valid U.S. billing/shipping address.
Alcohol orders: adult 21+ must be present to sign; missed deliveries may incur re-delivery or return fees. See Shipping Policy for details. Merchandise ships via common carriers.
Alcoholic beverages: no returns for change of mind; only damaged/incorrect items per law. Merchandise: see Refund & Returns Policy.
All site content (logos, text, images) is owned by Unica or its licensors. No license is granted except to use the site as intended.
You will not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the site to violate law. If you submit reviews or UGC, you grant Unica a non-exclusive license to use them for marketing.
Promotions are subject to their own rules and may be void where prohibited. See Promotions Terms.
Site content is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unica and Retailers are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Some states do not allow certain exclusions.
